Divine Balance
As Divine beings we‘re all a combination of divine femininity and divine masculinity, and in order to be our most whole, those selves must be in balance.
Divine Masculinity
As Divine beings we‘re all a combination of divine femininity and divine masculinity, and in order to be our most whole, those selves must be in balance. But so many of us can’t find that balance because we don’t even know what our divine halves look like or how to embody them. Yesterday we discussed Divine Femininity, and today I’m going to be writing about Divine Masculinity.
Divine Femininity
As Divine beings we‘re all a combination of divine femininity and divine masculinity, and in order to be our most whole, those selves must be in balance. But so many of us can’t find that balance because we don’t even know what our divine halves look like or how to embody them. Affirmations
Have you ever heard that phrase, “your body hears everything your mind says”? It’s 100% true. But I would venture to say that it should be even more comprehensive, something like, “your mind, body, and spirit hear everything you say and everything you think.”
Light in the Darkness
To shine a light in the darkness is not an easy thing. It requires the vision to understand why the darkness exists in the first place and the empathy to speak to that darkness saying, “I see you. I hear you. I am you,” so that you can turn it into light gently.
Sing the Light
All of this—the Reiki, the Music, and #singthelight—will make up my “life practice” (it’s so much more than a business or a company or a brand—it’s literally my most authentic me in practice every day): Ascending Arts.
Decolonize Your Mind
I’ve been thinking about my own colonization a lot lately. I’m half Mexican and half white but I was raised in a white environment with white ideals, I received a white education, and I have a whitewashed understanding of race and history.
Awe
Awe is wonder felt viscerally. Awe sounds HUGE, doesn’t it? Even LIFE ALERTING, right? And it can be. That’s the awe I find when I’m working with you, my clients. In our reiki sessions, there’s no shortage of miracles.
